The company was founded and grown through personal networks and as such, there are a lot of personal friendships that transcend managerial duties. While there is an open door policy with leadership know that privacy is not respected, anything you think is private, isn't. Account Executives have their own agenda's, engineers and consultants are thrown under the bus within a moments notice if it benefits them/their clients. While engineers have more centralized management, sales does not, and since they are bringing in previous clients, aka profit, they are given a wide berth. If you aren't already highly experienced, expect a high salary differential with your counterparts, even if you bill at the same rate and have the same billable percentage.

Communication is horrid. No one accepts accountability. Integrity is non-existent. Extremely poor structure. Extremely poor ethics. No family work life balance. False promises to clients "won't say no" mentality. Client is always right, client > consultant. Wrong people in management positions, they really have no clue on how to lead, they are merely practicing. Only buddies get hired and promoted. I really regret leaving my previous job.
