Above average pay, stellar benefits, work from home, great people, and a company that is always striving to do better

Cons

All employees are remote which is also a Pro depending on your outlook. There are plenty of tools to communicate effectively and help when you need it, but it isn't as easy as walking over to a co-worker's desk.

Great pay and I was told I could work from home. Benefits are just okay.

Cons

I left a great company with people I loved working and amazing benefits to be a Splunk engineer. Worst career move ever! I am really just an overpaid sales consultant. What a waste of my technical skills. Can’t wait to leave.

Great benefits and some really good people. Company is growing and expanding.

Cons

Not a lot of work/life balance. Expected to work in the evenings and weekends to cater to the Account Executives. Pompous over-indulgent Regional Partners who don't care about anyone on their team except how much the AEs are pulling in financially. Little to no career development and pay is lower than average.
