Competitive salary, a lot of work, a lot of resources and trainings to help you advance your way out of there

Cons

Managers are disrespectful of you and your time, hypocrisy, constant changing expectations, and a lack of feedback. If your manager’s name is Roseanne Carter, run for the hills because she’s a toxic mess.
