Favoritism, ability to fail upward, once you have the support of a leader they sponsor you to succeed despite your lack of ability (case in point: Kim Cirka)

Actually really enjoyed working here. Job was chill & easy & i loved my team

Cons

Don’t really meet people outside your team, even with the events Guidehouse hosts. But I only went to the client site anyways most of the time so it didn’t really matter.
