Coworkers on any given project usually

Cons

Micromanagement, blatant favoritism, leadership that hired experts then disregard all input to stick with 10-15 year old process labeled innovative. Some “experts” contract others for answers they should be fully aware of and educating. These experts are adored and don’t share that they had to ask someone “less qualified” to know the role.

I enjoyed the projects and teams I worked with. Great work/life balance. Great benefits.

Cons

Did not feel like there were a lot of growth opportunities. It was extremely difficult to transition between projects.
