Bad communication. They use buggy Microsoft Teams software, be careful you aren't fired from missing messages due to the horrible software used for communication.

Well structured and organized company with a clear promotion ladder. They don't bother you with too much silly company mandated documenting/trainings and will be a positive Prescence in your growth in well being instead of other consulting companies that will be completely abscent
