Pros

- Good pay for entry- level roles - Guaranteed promotion IF you meet all the expected goals - You get to learn about various industries

Cons

- Given that most of the leads have been in the company for several years, they tend to be very cliquey and don’t really bother getting to know the Associates. - Some managers (white) often favor white employees over BIPOC workers. Either giving them more projects or by simply interacting with them more. - Some managers either micro-manages you or does not bother to check in with you. - Some managers rely on fear tactic - Benefits aren’t that great. Pretty expensive for a global company - If you don’t like to be treated as a number then this is not a good place for you

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are constantly making progress in these areas. We actively invest in initiatives designed to promote diversity in leadership roles. All employees, regardless of title or seniority, are also required to complete DEI training to ensure a more inclusive environment. That said, we acknowledge that there is more to be done. How to run a company without Strategy

Business Outlook

Pros

Some great people in Germany who taught me a lot, and were truly decent human beings

Cons

The company treats people as expendable objects. Both recent joiners and employees who have been there for years, fully committed and with great performances are fired within seconds, without a notice, an excuse or anything. The company does not have any strategy other than some senior exec people in US who have created a small "circle" deciding based on how do we keep our power and how to prevent other people from rising. They are close to the CEO who is delusional enough to believe that this is an effective way to run a company. Unless he does not care in reality, and is just prolonging its existence until taken down completely by the competitors.
