I worked as an associate and working student in the Dusseldorf office. -Great place for recent graduates. -Amazing office culture. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. -Great chances for promotion. -Home-office available. Also, working from the office is quite good as well. -Very diverse, young and international crowd. -New and interesting projects everyday. -Management also very positive and helpful. -Plenty of fun team-building activities by HR and management.

-Work can be repetitive sometimes.

- Awful hours - Mundane and monotonous work - Very repetitive - Lack of diversification - Job performance isn't measured properly (lots of factors out of your control) - Extremely poor management - Frat-like culture - Poor benefits - JD lied about responsibilities

Cons

Very repetitive job that doesn’t really evolve you as a professional. Obsession with numbers/targets Management that lacks managerial skills Things are changing drastically and sometimes towards the worse (i.e more difficult to get the bonus) and employees are increasingly disatisfied
