Pros
The people are great, the office is really nice, the workload is generally reasonable (differs by team), the company has a lot of long term growth potential and does well compared to some competitors. I think its a really great place to get some experience when you first graduate from college and you get great exposure when working with industry leaders and your success is really based on the amount of effort you are willing to put in.
Cons
You hit the ceiling pretty fast (4-5 years) and there is quite a bit of turnover as it is most people's first job out of college. Base pay is relatively low even for people with 4+ years of experience. Your experience will differ based on which team you are placed on and your end clients.
