Pros

Great pay Hybrid work Achievable targets

Cons

They tell you that everyone is really approachable and nice and you can voice your problem. The buddy and PM I was assigned to were very rude and I voiced my opinion to the head. Biggest mistake. Since then I was bashed left and right for everything, and for the same things others were talked nice to. I was performing well and had good numbers for a new joiner, still they fired me citing the reason that I have a slow learning curve, for their personal agenda. The HRs though nice have no authority. It all depends on whether the senior management and your manager like you or not.

Disaster is an understatement

Pros

Location of the office. at least good meals are available under all the misery

Cons

Ultimate micromanagement. Upper management in HQ provides zero support and have zero knowledge of what's happening on the ground. Ended up letting the most senior person in SG run amok resulting in all the employees feeling belittled, unmotivated. Constant gaslighting and always dismissing others rudely ensuring everyone knows she is standing at the top and her words are absolute. Zero voice in this company/office. Salary freeze for multiple years, zero increment and management only promote favored staff. HR and management are delusional about the wonderful culture they have but in fact absolutely toxic. Working hours are also messed up. They always expect you to reply emails even after working hours just because you have to do it. Too many to list down but join at your own risk.

Pros

Full remote work if your team is global, not local.

Cons

This job is absolutely a joke. If you're Associate, all you do is scamming professionals on LinkedIn under ridiculous pressure by managers. I feel so sorry for associates because they're forced to chase advisors every 30min until they get replies. More than a half of registered advisors are more than senior manager levels, and they can be your future employers. If you're a RM or PM, you'll be expected to work like robots all day. I joined a month ago and I've already learned that this business is NOT sustainable. What you do is basically searching someone on in-house developed horrible CRM, send sales emails to advisors, stalking on them until they respond and schedule calls. You can imagine all you need is a good quality automated platform for this service. The company hire young people with cheap salary and make them work all time across the continents because the speed is the only thing to stand out from the competitors! How miserable it is!! You join this company expecting something professional, but there's no job you can be really proud of!!! There is NO difference from selling lemonade on the street. No creativity, no transferable skills, no autonomy, no joy. You'll be expected to reply emails/messages in 5min no matter what you're doing because some people think you do NOT receive corresponds unless you reply. There are so many unrealistic events I've seen over the last 30days, which I've never encountered in my whole career! If you can stay with this company for more than 3 years, you're not for the other companies. Extra work with terrible in-house developed technology. Can you believe there is NO REAL technology to manage projects, communications and scheduling? That's their core business! I have to tell you this - some employees are so busy with snitching each other to show they're the one who are working hardest to the rotten management. They snitch nothing important - they always complain about you with some reasons but all they want to say is "I don't like him because he doesn't copy every single of my words". You'll never be able to learn how to "discuss" as a grown-up if you stay here. Pathetic micromanagement because they do not have ability to trust colleagues and share responsibilities. Unbelievable? You know what - this is actually happening within the company!!! Look at 1 star reviews. They haven't changed NOTHING since 2014!! They're all true. Don't get fooled by this company's job ads filled with inaccuracies. I want to let you know that if you're joining Guidepoint, recently Dusseldorf office was shut down and more than 60 employees were dismissed. That can happen to any offices. ANY office.
