I started working at Innosquared as an Internee and was offered the position "Junior Project Manager" after my 6-month internship. It was a very exciting and challenging experience for me where I was given the opportunity to interact with various experts from numerous industries. My communication and sales skills have improved tremendously as a result of this position. I was given opportunities to work independently and to make my own decisions. I enjoyed working together a team with various leading management consultancies, financial investors and multinational organizations. It was interesting to work on projects from various industries, studying how different industries are organized and finding relevant experts. One of the best things about Innosquared is its young, energetic and international team. It was a lot of fun to work with people from over 10 countries. The work environment is highly positive, fast paced and challenging. The management is very supportive, accessible and highly responsive.

Cons

The work becomes a bit stressful at times. At times, one is required to work longer hours

Posting fake positive reviews isn’t fooling anyone. The Mumbai office is an absolute mess and they can’t seem to hold on to competent employees for more than a few months. Good people keep leaving, morale is in the gutter, and management appears completely out of touch with what’s actually going wrong. The place has become a revolving door of talent and a full-blown circus. If you have any skills, experience, or better options, do yourself a favor and stay far away.
