      The company is global but the pay is lower than the peers and recently a lot of managerial changes

      Global companies, you can get to know many different industries and connect with clients and experts. 14 day annual vacation + 7 sick days

      Cons

      pay is relatively and even you work hard, still not as much as your peers at other companies. sometime it makes your very anxious and tired facing clients. no recognition from the company, you just work hard to achieve the target probably asian offices are not important. managerial are terrible and dont know what they are doing as well as how the business works. no life-work balance for sure, very tiring work
