Pros

Good culture, excellent work life balance, can work from home twice a week, great balance if you are happy with staying in the Expert Network industry long-term.

Cons

Not ideal if you are extremely ambitious in terms of financial goals and career prestige (in my opinion).

Pros

It is a very young company

Cons

The management in this company is horrible. They treat employees very poorly, have a massive long hours culture, and they even have to ask for permission to go grab a coffee. In this company, they love to see you sitting at your desk, they value people who eat at their desks, and the mid-level management could be very rude and everything but nice.
