Many of our client service employees are exposed to many different industries and sectors and move on to careers within them. We also have a strong practice of promoting from within, and we have formal procedures to ensure employees are rewarded for their work. During review meetings, employees have an opportunity for self-evaluation as well as feedback from their manager against the objectives set. All employees are given targets to help them move into higher positions and all promotions are well-deserved based on performance and merit. We also have a quarterly bonus structure based on performance. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with some longer hours required sometimes based on our client needs.
