      - Good opportunity for quick career growth - Learn about some different industries - Fun, young environment

      Cons

      - Extremely repetitive. Can turn brain off while doing most of the work - Compensation is well below what competitors are paying - Top out in company once you become a Project Manager - Kept in the dark as to what Guidepoint's long term vision is. Our only objective is to book calls for our clients

      absolutely NONE. they make you work 8 am - 7pm on some days -- you are REQUIRED to be micromanaged by your lead and if you participate in more projects, you WILL end up working the full day until you go to bed. The raise per year is almost negligible as you get promoted. A $60k salary DOES NOT suffice. This is a sweatshop in it's purest form. They do not give you the promised bonus, as per your contract even if you are a top performer.

      Horrible place to work. Period. Everything sucks -- the benefits, the people, the place.
