Where do I begin? 1. Not credited for the work you do. Project Managers get all the credit when you are the one recruiting the experts. It is so micromanaged. Project Managers are lazy and rude. 2. The London team is the worst. The PMs and Research Managers are rude, gossipy and cliquey. Not welcoming to new joiners. They have their 'Original' people that think they run the place and can talk to associates however they want just because they've worked at the company for 3-5 years. 3. If they tell you the commission structure is great - it's not! If you want to work in an expert network/recruitment industry with an OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 then Guidepoint is not the one. 4. They only promote people based on numbers. Don't take into account experience. 5. Managers are not trained and again - think they can speak to associates however they want. 6. Working culture is absolutely terrible. Look at the turnover rate. I joined with 6 other associates and we all have left. Isnt that saying something. 7. Managers favour other associates. 8. The three London teams are not equal. 9. Borderline bullying in the workplace. 10. Do not take into consideration stuff that is going on in your personal life,
