      No real path for growth. Not easy to apply to other job fields.

      The only bright spot was the culture

      Cons

      Management was completely out of touch, the pay was a joke, and the work itself was so simple a monkey could do it. I'm also pretty sure they just got sued because they were grossly underpaying lol

      Wasn't very well communicated in the hiring process that I would be doing the same repetitive tasks everyday (sending LinkedIn messages). Management also expects you to work long hours, which is not needed for the work the company does.
