amazing energy in the team, everyone is hustling, and a great place to get the work fundamentals right. Love the team dynamics, in my years of experience, this place stands out as one of the very best.

Cons

senior leadership are not from the same background as the clients so leads to sometimes wrong diagnosis of some business problems, and focusing/chasing priorities that dont make much impact demand wise.

They tell you that everyone is really approachable and nice and you can voice your problem. The buddy and PM I was assigned to were very rude and I voiced my opinion to the head. Biggest mistake. Since then I was bashed left and right for everything, and for the same things others were talked nice to. I was performing well and had good numbers for a new joiner, still they fired me citing the reason that I have a slow learning curve, for their personal agenda. The HRs though nice have no authority. It all depends on whether the senior management and your manager like you or not.
