Pros
Short term upward mobility, had a fantastic boss. The people are fantastic and for the most part bright, you get good phone exposure, ok pay in NYC for your first couple of years out of college. Very fun culture - start-up like and young, people are fun and smart.
Cons
Long term upward mobiity/pay rewards, same day to day responsibility, politics decide the accounts you get which in turn impacts the amount of commission you get. They like to give you more responsibility without actually increasing your wages substantially. The work isn't very rewarding for the most part, the clients aren't very nice.
