      - Micromanaging - No team structure - Tech is terrible - Awful technology - Upper management is horrible - Work overtime and do not get paid (expect you to check emails every hour after work) - Lack of communication and transparency -

      Work is monotonous and quick turnover rate since it's hard to grow a passion for expert networks Should get paid more for the business I bring in - don't get nearly enough credit
