Pros

Good coworkers to work with, everyone's nice

Cons

Mostly this position will be endless sales and based on luck. If you are not interested in doing this, that will be a torture. And they fire immediately if you cannot close any deals, which was basically based on luck!

Pros

Laptop provided, solid pay for a young adult, remote work, a small stipend for phone/internet use, major holidays off, and some PTO. I learned great tools and skills regardless of my time here. Disappointed in the experience because at times management was understanding. Allowed us to step away during slow times and the holidays.

Cons

I saw they were hiring again after I quit so I thought I’d share my experience. This specific role required working for 4 different project managers. Most of them were nice enough but didn’t seem to understand me being new to the role and getting adjusted to supporting 4 people at once. I salute anyone in a project coordination role. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any support, especially as a new hire. This job was very hectic and not gratifying. A lot of times I didn’t take lunch until 4 or 5 because I was swamped. What set me off and made me quit was the complete disrespect from my manager. They claimed I said things to my project manager which I have never said and would never say in a professional environment. They berated me for 30 minutes and told me how poor I was doing. I would have been glad to get real support and make efforts to improve instead of being bashed, especially since it was our first conversation together. Ultimately, I just felt very disrespected and disappointed. I was eager for this to be a long-term career. Best of luck to their new hire!
