Pros

Working in the IT department at Guidepoint would benefit the developer career advancement greatly because of recent re-platforming initiative where all technology services were migrated to cloud based platform. This was the right move ensuring that Guidepoint is keeping up pace with the present time technological direction where IT world is generally moving towards to. Great point for getting the Cloud Architecture experience whether you are a web developer or other IT related role. Last, Guidepoint offers oportunities for career advancement for IT roles by encouraging and offering learning and online schooling resources which help extend the skill-set of IT department employees.

Cons

Perhaps employees could benefit from use of some on-site extracurricular activities such as games and/or competitions.
