Beautiful materials and schools, well developed training programs, team-oriented staff, and supportive management. Brushy Creek leadership is exceptional! If you communicate your goals, they will do everything they can to help you get there. Hard work pays off in this organization and the upward career opportunities are plentiful because they're growing so quickly. I will be transferring from a Texas to Illinois school; Suzanne at Brushy Creek, the recruiting team, and my new Head of School have all made the process seamless while showing their unwavering support and investment in me.

Cons

Average starting pay, but hard work and dedication is definitely rewarded.

I have been working at Guidepost Montessori past 4 months. I am happy that I am having a such wonderful experience working with all the lead guide and with management. Lead guide & assistant guide work so hard with each and every child towards academically and their positive behavior of a child. All I can say Friendly & Caring environment is a key of success of Guidepost Montessori.
