At this point, truly none. Unless you are only interested in a job for a very short time.

Cons

Just like the headline states- DO NOT WORK HERE!! This company is going bankrupt FAST. They are closing their campuses left and right all over the country. We have had MULTIPLE campuses close down overnight due to landlords changing the locks from a lack of this company paying rent for MONTHS. This whole company SCREAMS WeWork. Stay far away if you care about having a reliable job and company.

Honestly, the best part of this job was the family community and my coworkers. They were the biggest motivation for going in every day.

Cons

If the head of school is not supportive and understanding, the work environment really suffers. Corporate is just as bad. We had guides from multiple areas advocating for more professional development and planning time and was given a lack luster response.
