      Just the best company I have ever worked for period!

      Pros

      Great moral compass. Hires the very best (excluding me) people in the industry. Extremely customer focused. Always tries to do the right thing for customers and employees. Compensation is comparable to the industry, not high, not low. Open conversations with senior management who listen. Great products and technology. Consistent investment in improving the products and company. Great culture. Never hear people grumbling or complaining about the way they were treated.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. This one comes close. Very smart people can sometimes be unreceptive to competing ideas. Need to be more inclusive with the people in the trenches when setting product priorities.

      Pros

      Very high quality and competent people across the board. Senior leadership has formed a strong vision and led us contoinously towards it despiote majorr challenges. Flexibile while remaining focused, and very much walks the talk.

      Cons

      Hard to come up with any for myself. As we are very selective, it might be challenging for some people, even those having general experience, to be hired into our company. I don't see this as a downside per se.

      challenging technical work quality people focus - a chance to be the world's best at what we do unglamorous, but meaningful work...try doing without P&C insurance! dedicated management, passionate about the company

      Cons

      airline travel - but it wasn't a surprise It's hard to come up with anything substantive. I'm blessed to love what I do for a living.
