There are no clear pros. It works better for those who focus on pleasing people rather than work.

Cons

Cons: The company now feels more like a consulting firm than a software company. Employee feedback and surveys do not seem to bring real change. Work-from-office is mandatory with very little flexibility. Micromanagement is high and affects morale. Performance improvement processes feel strict and not very supportive. Benefits and allowances are limited compared to earlier.
