The people are very VERY smart. They genuinely want to make a good product. They fight to do what's right for the customer. Even if the customer wants to just re-implement the current software in guidewire software. Communication is encouraged and respected.

Cons

When I left it was becoming a little more corporate. Meaning, information was a prized commodity. It's insurance software. If you are ok with that you'll love it there.
