Too much bureaucracy Hard to climb up the hierarchical ladder Some managers are still believe in the offices and the office presence (however it's the 21th century and not the 19th) Too many promises/too easily promise anything Day to day staffs can be boring / too much time to do nothing / underused tech.professionals
