      Excellent company and consulting environment!

      Pros

      The company is committed to customer success like no other and it makes it a very rewarding place to work. The consulting organization, which I am a part of, is full of great people who are a pleasure to work with as well. At least for the next 5 years the prospects for the company look very bright as we have the best product out there that's only getting better.

      Cons

      The insurance industry is not a very exciting place to work in, however being a part of a fun Guidewire team makes things more exciting. At this point it's hard to pinpoint any negatives, however with fast growth there is a risk that the culture in the company will change.

      Pros

      Management believe in its employees, Dublin office is growing daily. Excellent company medical plan, free shares given to employees, actual bonuses, fussball table for fun at lunch, fridge is nearly always full of free food. Career possibilities in Dublin that other tech companies simply can't match. Thirsty Thursday beer nights - and most importantly - working on great technologies alongside some of the best technical consultants I've seen. Also moving into new home in April 2013!

      Cons

      Finding quality people who have the technical & consultancy skills required is difficult, fussball table has taken a battering... these really are the worst problems I can find!

      Pros

      Ethos was awesome, everyone was friendly and always ready to help. The work environment was as far from hostile as you could imagine. The energy of both the people and the open office space allowed for much more freedom of thought, and contributed to a workplace that is far more healthy than others.

      Cons

      Housing situation was a little iffy as the area is quite expensive
