decent benefits and pay that is in line with similar tech companies, flexibility for non PDO ppl (priceless), awesome and kind people at the company

Cons

lacks company cultural identity but hey what matters most is the coworkers around me who are great. Not a lot of diversity among senior leadership and it reflects in the culture and programming. American centric company with a lack of global context at times
