Pros

Guidewire has challenged me to grow and develop both professionally and personally. The people are incredibly smart and innovative and knowledge sharing is a common practice. They continue to remain competitive with salaries and have developed the incentive plans as well.

Cons

Still a small company, missing some of the perks of a larger organization.

It is one of the very few real US style IT company in Japan. I have the new platform to upgrade myself and end up the slow decision and endless vain overwork.

Cons

It should not be regarded as cons. But the long time Japan style work really makes me hard to live a competent life here
