      Pros

      Excellent work environment. Friendly people. nice workplace. Good communications and connections between managers and technical staff. A Clear plan for the future. Physician in the workplace.

      Cons

      Actually, the company is trying to overcome most of the cons. Maybe what I do not like the amenities are not that good. sometimes the air conditioning does not work well. but nothing related to management.

      Very good work/life balance A lot of cool projects in the pipeline Flying to California from time to time Almost zero politics, just chat with coworkers and learn from them Great values and company culture

      Bigger office than a year ago, it's hard to know everyone by name Some decisions are still centered around the California headquarters
