      Well designed products and a competent team, but some uncomfortable cultural issues within parts of the team.

      - Products are designed to fulfill customer needs, and have been successful in their marketplace. - Guidewire supports creative approaches to finding solutions for engineering related issues. - There is a lot of strength and depth in the development team.

      Cons

      - Parts of Guidewire are not well aligned with its overall corporate philosophy which can result in some uncomfortable misalignments of expectations.

      boring application domain the company is having more hierarchies since it has grown very quickly, though not yet as many as big companies, but need to watch out some new middle management are not quite competent expensive health care
