      Pros

      What amazes me most is the "can do attitude" and the engagement at all levels in the company. Everyone all the way up to the CEO is reachable at any time. Internal processes are simple and to the point. Sales enablement, support, product quality is highly developed and something I have not seen anywhere in my 25 years in the Software world. The overall company culture is top.

      Cons? At this point I haven't seen any.

      Pros

      Company values are clear, all the way from the CEO, down to line-level managers. There are frequent touchpoints between an employee and his/her manager and everyone is open to honest feedback. The interview process may be long, but the attrition rate is extremely low. Product development teams work in an open, cross-functional format (programmer, testing, product owner) so there is a lot of cross-team communication and very little stereotypical specification passing.

      Cons

      They have built a lot of their own tools/frameworks internally. Their applications are built on top of a custom language that they have built themselves. Which makes it difficult to stay on top of happenings in the general development community. After a while, this starts to bring you down

      Pros

      Multinational and multicultural environment where your skills and ability come first Colleagues always available and with impressive skills Lots of responsibility and autonomy from day one Light years away from other Italian companies

      Cons

      For a company where many employees travel around the world, it lacks basic services and procedures to be followed when there are unexpected events
