Great atmosphere locally, terrible corporate culture from above.

The people I work with are amazing. Most customers are cool. My GM is the best boss I could ask for.
Cons
The corporate culture from outside our store is terrible and it sucks a lot of enjoyment knowing that they don't seem to care about anything but profit. No one makes enough here, we are all struggling, and those of us who aren't struggling are fine because of a second job or gig. The teachers make less than half of what guitar center chargers and there seems to be no benefit in taking that deal. The people above promise heaps but almost never deliver. I've found I've had to go through corporate just to do things I use to be able to do. It makes for a worse customer experience. We are also constantly understaffed with some how being surplus in hours.
