Upper management is completely untrustworthy and have no idea what they’re doing. CEO thinks he’s a rockstar and his boys are just yes men without a clue. They do not care about their employees. The only employees they like and promote are the snakes. The most undeserving, backstabbing, and conniving people are the ones who move up. Don’t trust anybody.

Corporate will claim they are not making money and cut hours allocated to stores just about every month. They will claim it’s that people don’t want work as a way to manipulate their customers into blaming the employees in front of them. It seems as if the real reason they cut hours is because they continue to throw corporate parties and events so that the current ceo and upper management can play music with random celebrities as if they were the kid in school who had to buy friends.
