Pros

Great treatment of employees, good discounts, opportunities, very flexible hours. They even allow special time off for bands to go on tour, great employee benefits. Amazing people, great place to make friends with co-workers and customers alike.

Cons

Regional and district managers do nothing to help their stores, only reap the benefits of when they perform well. This, as of late, has lead to a big push for constant growth in numbers, even after the 'rockstar' bubble in popular media that helped the company rise in the ranks has busted. (Tenacious D, School of Rock, Guitar Hero) Also a lack of any form of progression within the company once the level of Assistant Manager is reached.
