      You get to meet some interesting people and be around cool gear.

      Cons

      Follows the "retail" mentality. Only cares about the sale and not the gear or the music.

      Management of lessons facilities.

      Pros

      Good amount of time off for active musicians. Pretty flexible schedule. Employee discount. Vacation pay. Sick leave. Fun work environment.

      Cons

      Corporate policies created by people who will not experience how the polices they created will affect the stores day to day.

      Dropping the Ball in Lessons

      Pros

      Employee discount for gear. Able to keep up to date on the latest gear. Some really great co-workers.

      Cons

      Some lessons policies were ill-conceived, resulting in unhappy customers and loss of student count. Lessons Support leadership was inconsistent to poor with regard to keeping promises. Inconsistent training of instructors. Disconnect and resentment between Lessons Support and field management.
