Pros

The networking you can do as a musician is awesome. Not to mention the great people you get to work with. Even though it doesnt pay

Cons

The fade system they have in place for commission is annoying. Basically they pay you minimum wage and if you make enough commission to cover that hourly rate, you get whats left over as a "bonus". Also, career advancement is basically pointless since you get a minimal raise but you get 3x more duty and responsibility that takes you away from selling.

Pros

The discount is great. If you're in a band they will give you time off to tour. great networking pond for musicians.

Cons

horrible health benefits, sales associates are expected to gain commission by selling product but are forced to do extra in store work (ware house associate work) that takes time away from talking to customers. associates are not clearly listened to.
