Pros

Music Gear. Possible artist sightings

Cons

Unsustainable workloads with wild expectations. Huge disconnect from what really is going on to what the ELT perceives is going on. Too many people don't have a clue on what they're supposed to be doing. Little-to-no job descriptions. Many people are in management simply because they are less incompetent than the person below.

Pros

The managers are laid back for the most part, and most co-workers are fun and easy to work with. It beats working in the food industry.

Cons

The company works on the commission/ "fade" system, and it is extremely hard to make sales and gross profit goals in this economic climate.
