Pros

Great place to work if you’re a blue collar worker (A&P Mechanic, upholstery tech, line service, etc.) Business Office environment is quiet and most people have lots of experience in the aviation industry.

Cons

Not much of an opportunity for promotion in my position unless I knew more about aviation. On the job training is limited.

Challenges on new designs.

Pros

I was there we worked a series of new programs: the company had been challenged with new designs to go on new aircraft platforms. A lot of knowledge came from interacting with the aircraft manufacturers.

Cons

The company mentality unfortunately is a limiting factor. The company is located in a non so desirable area and new hires tend to leave rather quickly , taking expertise with them. Lessons learned are always relearned.
