Pros

Part of a hardworking team with excellent leadership, product knowledge and professionalism. Management is available at all times to assist with guest needs. Consistently busy, so you can count on a consistent paycheck.

Cons

High expectations, heavy work load.

Pros

Gulfstream trains all employees with their Gulfstream university, offering actual college level classes for all employees to give them certifications for their work. They are required to do so for the FAA. Great work environment, great pay, and all work is monitored to make sure you are doing it correctly with no backlash no matter how many times you fail.

Cons

Struggle with manpower and constant pushing of overtime. Gulfstream will take almost anyone, often times there will be other employees who should not be there causing problems.

Pros

The work itself is fun and interesting

Cons

Top management doesn’t care about employees, constantly pulling benefits, forced OT on weekends without pay, no work from home ability, horrible health benefits, constant “reduction in force” mindset, and a total lack of care about what employees think. They do yearly surveys that obviously aren’t taken serious. Pay is less than market value, and the raise process is a joke.
