      Pros

      Considering that it is such a large organization, there is always potential to move around and further your career. Benefits are decent, with small perks given throughout the year. Fairly generous time-off (PTO).

      Cons

      Typical corporate culture, trying to do more with less without being compensated for the additional workloads. While the PTO is fairly generous, its very difficult to actually use your time off because of the lack of coverage.

      Pros

      Stability. There are many employees who have been there for several decades. My (salaried) position is quite flexible and I have significant autonomy. I am respected by my coworkers and by my manager.

      Cons

      Many employees have been there for several decades, so getting changes pushed through is difficult. Departments can be very territorial. Have heard some complaints from hourly employees regarding flexibility and scheduling. La crosse is not the most exciting town.

      Good work/life balance, exceptional co-workers

      Cons

      Organization as a whole has some great leaders; however, managers with poor employee performance reviews are not held accountable for their poor performance and are often promoted to the next level. There are many departments with a very high turn over ratio and very poor morale.
