Continued promises for competitive pay continues to fall short. Huge turnover in IT department over the last year. Most IT positions are not being replaced, staff are expected to just absorb additional work. Staffing on many of the Epic teams within the organization are well below what Epic recommends for providing adequate support. Keep taking on new organization/community connects, but won't hire more IT staff to support. Employee perspectives questionnaires are sent out but any negative results are ignored.

Very stressful environment, high turnover.
