Great Coworkers Horrible Pay

Pros

Family of coworkers in it together. Management is pretty good and looking out for the employees.

Cons

Our ER techs get the walked on by compensation. The management are appreciated and are constantly attempting raises on our behalf. Gundersen unfortunately values it’s ER techs below other entry level positions that do less.

I have enjoyed my time at Gundersen thus far. They have treated me very well. They have allowed to work part-time during undergrad and grad school.

I have nothing negative to share about Gundersen at this time.
