      Growing quickly, with executive management that is open and actively looking for new ideas. There is a ton of opportunity to shine and grow.

      Cons

      All that growth entails - legacy processes and mindsets being reworked and redefined.

      Thank you for your feedback. Yes, unfortunately with growth comes change, but without stabilizing growth with operational infrastructure, we wouldn't be able prosper. There are always pros and cons with change management.

      Excellent culture and community of employees who deeply care about the success of the company. Very competitive pay with good accelerators that are uncapped. Great sales leadership who definitely care about their employees and their feedback from the front lines of the company Excellent reputation in the marketplace and the dominant player in their space Strong commitment to excellence and investing in the future of the industry Highly talented employees from top to bottom who are ambitious and driven Company has a strong sense of who they are in the marketplace and doesn't stray from the strength of their core business. Excellent support of customers that gives sales ultimate confidence in selling to their base Being able to work from home in a flexible environment

      Cons

      They sell to a niche market, so there are limits to the sellable market Business is growing, so there are growing pains and challenges in an effort to support this Complicated commission system - this has recently been solved and remedied Enhance benefits to be more competitive (Health, 401k, etc)

      Thank you for the feedback- Though we're a niche market, we're not limited to growth opportunities that Optimization presents. Gurobi is walking those paths as we speak expanding our verticals and partnerships globally. A McKinsey study indicated that the market for Optimization will double in 5 years driven by better data and a greater understanding of artificial intelligence across the enterprise
