      I have been a remote worker for quite some time and I really like the Innovation Approach creating the best Mathematical solver in the Market.

      Sometimes human face to face interaction is missed

      Great company, very interesting job, remote work

      Pros

      The job is very interesting, you learn new things every day. The product is simply excellent. If you like operations research and optimization, this is a great place to be. You use skills in programming, mathematics, IT, and of course optimization and operations research on a daily basis. The company is fully remote, which provides lots of flexibility and a good work-life balance. You get to work with very smart colleagues. The team is very helpful and supportive. The onboarding process is smooth and well prepared. You feel part of the company from the very beginning despite the remote job.

      Cons

      You must thrive working remotely and get used to not physically seeing your colleagues very often.

      Great team and a fantastic product

      Pros

      Gurobi employs a great team of talented people all around the world to produce and support a fantastic mathematical optimization solver.

      Cons

      Gurobi is a fully-remote company so you need to be able and willing to work without dedicated office space and only see your teammates every few months.

      Thank you for your feedback. Yes, there are pros and cons working remotely. It isn't for everyone, but post-Covid, we'll be making more effort to spend additional time together as a team.
