Very open minded people, thinking outside the box. Never felt out of place when I needed to approach someone for help.

Cons

HR Department needs more international input, their ideas and processes don’t seem beneficial to the international expansion.

Pros

Wonderful experience with the morals and values the company and the staff uphold. The positive attitude of the team leaders and managers gave me so much confidence in the role and made me feel like a valued member of my team. After working with the company, I believe Gymshark has created a safe workspace where staff and members of the community have a voice and the company are open to listen.

Cons

I found it hard to achieve the targets as this was the first role where a large target was required
