Pros

- The culture here is amazing. When joining a company you feel like at some point that fuzzy feeling will go away and I have been here for months. - Best idea truly wins. All voices are welcomed to the table for their input. There are numerous amounts of opportunities to get ideas out there and launched into projects. - If you come with an idea and a plan, you rarely hear the word "No." - Most importantly, for me, it's a company that stand behind its people. The employees are valued as the highest asset and what give the company competitive advantage. This trickles into what is provided to the employees (either ad hoc or benefits package) as well into developing their folks to be the best they can be.

Cons

It's not a Con for me, but because I see other's struggle with it I will put: change. Gymshark is a young company at a pivotal point and the organization is inspecting all processes and systems which leads to a lot of change. However I think the leadership does a great job with change management.

Pros

It was important to me that I work somewhere that exhibits genuine care for the community, environment, and its employees. I have absolutely found that working here! The people and culture are what make this company so lively and successful. Everyone I've encountered is supportive, open to growth, smart as heck but leaves their egos at the door, and gives off a family feel. We care about this company and aim to provide more than just gym wear, but foster a safe and inviting place for fitness lovers and newcomers. We pride ourselves on "best idea wins", and higher-level employees are always open to hearing feedback no matter what your position is. Managers want to help you with your goals from a career standpoint and a personal one. They will find opportunities for you if you put in the work, take initiative, and voice what you're after. I started in Customer Support and am now the only member of the social media team in the United States (PS: it's a UK-based company so be prepared for lots of collaboration across the pond!) We always say that Gymshark is a rocketship that's just taking off, so jump on however you can!

Cons

This isn't necessarily a complete con in my own perspective because I personally love it, but be prepared to be super flexible! Things can change at a moment's notice depending on new feedback, ideas, and information.

Pros

I've worked in customer support at various companies and Gymshark is the best company I've ever worked for. The culture is unlike any other I have experienced because they show through actions (not just words) that they care about you deeply as a person. There is also so much room for growth and personal development.

Cons

-things do change a lot. Wouldn't really say this is a con, Gymshark is always working to improve things and change what isn't working, which is great!
