Great flexibility, fantastic campus, fun spirited business with huge ambitions.

Cons

Not having the restaurant in the main building leads to excessive time taken moving to another building at peak time. No queuing system causes huge lines waiting for lunch (20-30mins queuing some days)

Family vibe everyone’s super nice wether they are high up or in lower roles Great perks and Benefits Management are great and help you get involved in Adhoc tasks.

Cons

Pay could be better There isn’t any overtime so base salary is your take home unless the company earns the annual bonus Trainee roles to expand skill sets in other areas of the business

Cons

Awful toxic environment, especially in the wholesale/ retail functions. Longterm sickness is very high due to bullying and toxic behaviours in each department. Upper management/ directors have no idea how to successfully run department and the whole entire operation is like a circus. They hire contractors who have a track record of bullying and harassing people and continue to do nothing when complaints are made. Three people made complaints within my department and the individual in question was never investigated.. The boys club is very much real. Unfair pay amongst people in teams. HR are useless - only wanted me to put a complaint in once I had left!
